Conditions of IntraStat Use

Next, we detail the rules of use and responsibility for the use of the IntraStar management system.

As a user, you have at your disposal some access data that have been provided by the Izabra Management IT Department together with the manual for using the system, once you access your data, you have a secure computer application under the strictest security systems, coding and web encryption, through a secure end-to-end protocol, this means that the data included in your IntraStar request is encrypted at its origin and decrypted at the destination within our secure server.

Depending on the request sent, if it incorporates a document and the Billing, Taxation or Labor Department is selected, the files sent by the user are submitted to the Izabra Management server for an OCR reading, incorporating said data into the management of each user hosted on the server dedicated to each client.

The use of the IntraStar system is subject to the conditions of use established by Izabra Management and any improper use will empower Izabra Management to Block and Cancel user access.

The use of the system, in relation to the sending of tax documentation of duplicate income or expenses, can cause the duplication of content in the systems, generating possible incidents for which Izabra Management is exonerated from all responsibility. The client must take the necessary diligence in the documentary shipment to prevent duplicate shipment. Likewise, Izabra Management takes the necessary measures to review and eliminate incidents in matters of document duplication.

Keep in mind that any request processed by the user will be considered delivered at destination, as long as the user receives automatic confirmation of receipt of the request, if such confirmation is not received, it is recommended to send it again or contact our Department Support at support@izabra.co.uk.

For those requests sent in relation to billing, taxation or labor services, once the request has been processed by the corresponding manager, you will receive confirmation of processing, which may be transfer of services, change of priority or processing and closing of the submitted request. .

Regarding the priority of requests, please note that there are 4 possible priorities:

Normal: Processing in 48 business hours

Medium: Processing in 24 business hours

Urgent: Processing in a maximum of 12 business hours

Keep in mind that the priority terms will only be valid on business days, on local, provincial or state holidays, the priority will start counting from the next business day.

The priority will always be subject to the type of request and its content through our IntraStar Reception Department, this means that the user can indicate a different priority, but it will be Izabra Management who, to avoid improper use of the priority system who adjusts in each request the correct priority according to request.

“The user of the application will be solely responsible for the submission of the application and its content and Izabra Management does not accept any responsibility in this matter, likewise any improper use of the IntraStar system will empower Izabra Management to cancel, modify or limit access to the application.”

Izabra Management will not store any documentation after processing the different requests, so the user is strongly recommended to keep a copy of the document in a safe place to avoid inconveniences.
